Dating back to the 14th century, The Hospitium, set in York's beautiful Museum Gardens, is a venue like no other I know of. The picturesque, two storey building, has such a unique vibe about it and the large spaces work perfectly as wedding venue with a historical twist.

Overlooking the striking ruins of St Mary's Abbey, The Hospitium's outdoor spaces don't disappoint either. Post-ceremony drinks can be held on the private, paved areas and the public Museum Gardens are a perfect backdrop for a sunlit wedding party.
